Welcome to MoonCro, an AI-powered startup scoring tool operated by MoonCro International FZ-LLC, a company registered in the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ), United Arab Emirates. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services, website, and applications (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using our Platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction to use our Platform. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
4. License to Use the Platform
Subject to compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. We reserve all rights not expressly granted herein.
5. AI-Powered Scoring Disclaimer

MoonCro provides automated startup evaluations using AI-driven algorithms. The output is generated based on user input and proprietary logic. These scores and recommendations are informational and do not constitute investment, financial, legal, or professional advice. Users should not rely solely on the Platform for decision-making purposes.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. MoonCro International FZ-LLC complies with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Law No. 45 of 2021). If you are an EU or EEA resident, we strive to maintain alignment with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
7. Intellectual Property
All content, scores, assessments, and analytical outputs generated by the MoonCro platform, including but not limited to AI-generated reports, summaries, and recommendations, are the intellectual property of MoonCro International FZ-LLC, a company incorporated in the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ), United Arab Emirates.
Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the outputs for internal business evaluation purposes only. These outputs may not be republished, resold, or commercially distributed without the prior written consent of MoonCro International FZ-LLC.
MoonCro retains full ownership of the underlying algorithms, scoring methodology, prompt structures, and AI model integrations (including those using third-party processors such as OpenAI). Any attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or replicate these systems is strictly prohibited.
By using the MoonCro platform, users acknowledge that the AI-generated content does not constitute a final opinion or legally binding recommendation and is licensed solely for informational use.
All content, code, designs, trademarks, algorithms, and scoring logic on the Platform are the property of MoonCro International FZ-LLC or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without our express written consent.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform without notice if you breach these Terms or misuse the Platform. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MoonCro International FZ-LLC and its affiliates, directors, and employees from any claims, losses, damages, or legal fees arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
10. Limitation of Liability
MoonCro International FZ-LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or reliance on the Platform. Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
11. Force Majeure
We will not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, war, strikes, or internet outages.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
13. Assignment
MoonCro International FZ-LLC may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms without your prior consent. You may not assign your rights or obligations without our prior written consent.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and MoonCro International FZ-LLC concerning your use of the Platform.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.
16. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of the Platform indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
